Delivery:

Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free delivery & installation process.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The average delivery date is 5 to 10 days.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates & shipment location

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. We always contact you before we are coming for delivery and installation for the successful delivery on the first attempt.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

Extra charges are applicable for specific time deliveries.

Currently, we are delivering the products to the locations in Chennai and its surroundings.
